Quality Standards For Printed Matter
Appearance is the first, must be clean layout, there can not exist folds, there is no greasy, no ink, no obvious dirt, Secondly is tone, should be basically the same; Then the text, lines smooth, complete, clear, accurate location, Finally, size requirements, the size of the fine product allows the error to be less than 0.5mm, the size of the general product allows the error to be less than 1.0mm.
All levels should be clear, clear level.
Multi-color version of the image contour and location should be accurate set. The overprint of fine prints allows the error rate to be less than or equal to 0.10mm, the printout of the general printed matter allows the error rate to be less than or equal to 0.20 mm.
4. Lattice Point
Lattice Point as the basic unit of printing, should be clear, accurate angle, no ghosting.
50% of the expansion of lattice point, fine prints for 10% to 20%; general print for 10% to 25%, outlets should be full, while smooth and clean.
· Color should be consistent with the original, real, natural, colorful.Indicators should include two aspects:
· 1. The same batch of different products printed on the field density allows error, C M less than or equal to 0.15, BK less than or equal to 0.20, Y less than or equal to 0.10,
2. The color matches the printed sample.
